Communication is a building block of equality in the civilized world. In recent years, communication has blossomed in both cyberspace via the Internet and in real space via cell phones. If visually impaired people are to enjoy the fruits of this new bloom, then cell phone manufacturers must increase their efforts to make their technology more accessible to the blind. (more…)
