Hello Everyone,

A short while ago, I realized how tired I am of always having to sift through those seemingly endless advertisements that appear on the results page when I use the Google Search engine.

And I began to dream about the kind of Google search engine I would like to use.

(I know, I know, I have no life.)

In my dream the perfect Google search engine would (1) open its results page in a new Window so that when I was done reading the listings, I would only need to close the window in order to return to my original search edit field, (2) display the results page in high contrast, making it easier to distinguish between each individual listing, (3) employ Google’s Safe Search technology so that the results page would not be inundated with adult (smut) websites, and (4) remove all but four paid advertisements from the listings, making my screen reader access technology, such as Jaws, Window Eyes, or Mobile Speak, very happy.

Unlike my dream of winning the super lottery, however, my Google dream came through and now you and I can use the Google search engine the way it was meant to be used, you know, before it became what it now is, omnipresent.

I have placed this, what I refer to as Slipstream version of the Google search engine on my main website.

On your PC or mobile phone go to:

Come on, live the dream with me.
