Hello Everyone,

Want to keep your smart phone, display screen and all, sparkling clean?  Read the following steps to learn how:

Note, proceed at your own risk as following these steps do not, in any way, guarantee successful performance of your device.  

1.
Obtain a MicroFiber cloth such as those made by 3M Corporation.  You should be able to purchase MicroFiber cleaning cloths at most electronic retail stores such as Radio Shack and/or computer retail stores such as Best Buy.  Note, under no circumstances should you use any paper products to clean your mobile phone.

2.
Obtain a bottle of Windex cleaning solution. 

3.
Make sure your phone is powered off and is not connected to the AC power charger.

4.
Remove the battery cover.

5.
Remove the battery.

6.
Replace the battery cover.  Note, the phone’s battery must not be in the phone while cleaning.

7.
Spray a tiny, tiny, tiny bit of Windex onto the MicroFiber cleaning cloth.  Make sure that the cloth remains mostly dry.  That is, the cloth, when held up, should not, in any way, drip.     

8.
Gently wipe the display screen, keys, and body of the phone, being careful not to press too hard on any part of the device. 

9.
After confirming that there are no wet surfaces on the handset, replace the battery and power on the phone. 

Congratulations, it’s a fine shiny phone.
