Hello My Fellow Bling-Blissful Breakwells,
Tired of waking up, five hours later, to the realization that your iPhone 3GS iPod application has continued to play every single song or AudioBook during the night, while you sheepishly slept the sleep of the just?Â
Not only does this pointlessly pummel precious iPhone battery power but, more importantly, it can also dramatically diminish the quality and quantity of your naptime nightshades.
Thanks to the titillating tutelage of the iPhone 3GS built-in Timer, you can make sure that the indispensable iPod application goes to sleep when you do. (Hmm! Life isn’t so bad here on the “Dark Side.â€) (Smile)Â
To configure the iPhone 3GS Timer to put the iPod application to sleep, do the following:
NOTE 1:
The Timer will lock the Display Screen and stop iPod application playback, only. It will not power down the iPhone or disable any wireless network provider related functions.Â
NOTE 2:
Definition of Timer:Â
A timepiece that measures a time interval and signals its end. A countdown timer is a device which is designed to count down to a particular event. A basic mechanical countdown timer is usually very easy to use. The user manually sets the countdown timer to indicate the amount of time that must elapse before the event takes place, then, simply starts the timer.
Simple electronic or virtual countdown timers are designed to be used again and again in the same way: the user opens the program that runs the countdown timer, enters the necessary information, and starts it running. When the countdown timer reaches the designated time, it usually makes some sort of signal such as a sound or light to indicate that the countdown is over.
