Hello Fellow YouTube Yuppies,

Did you know that you can send (upload) videos, recorded on your mobile phone, directly to YouTube, from the phone, itself?

Well, believe it or not, Boys and Girls, you can and it’s oh-so-easy. 

To get started, do the following:

NOTE 1:
This document presumes that you have an unlimited data plan in place with your wireless Service provider.

NOTE 2:
This document presumes that you have a free YouTube account.

1.
From a standard resolution computer go to:
http://www.youtube.com/account#mobile/profile (It may be necessary to login.)

2.
Enter your wireless telephone number.

3.
Select Your Wireless Service Provider.

4.
Enter a name for your YouTube Mobile Profile.

5.
Select any additional options you wish to apply to your mobile profile.

Upon successful setup of your YouTube Mobile Profile, you will be given an e-mail address to which you may send your phone-cam videos via MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service).  YouTube can send you a text message reply when the upload is completed.

NOTE 3:
The YouTube Mobile Setup page will let you specify if videos sent from your phone are categorized as either public or private (Available only to specified YouTube friends.)
