At the time of this post, the free reQall iPhone application is not consistently accessible/functional with VoiceOver. However, I have discussed this with the reQall developers and they have assured me that future releases will be developed with VoiceOver accessibility in mind. Fortunately, it is not necessary to use the iPhone App in order to take full advantage of the free reQall service.
