Hello,
Follow these general steps to move Mobile Speak for Smart Phone from the phone’s onboard memory to an auxiliary storage card that is inserted into the exact same phone:
1.
Uninstall MSS from the Smart Phone.
2.
In the Programs Files folder of the phone, delete the Code Factory folder.
3.
Power off the phone, wait 20 seconds, then power it on.
4.
From your computer, while the phone is successfully connected, launch the MSS installation program.Â
NOTE:
After launching the installation program on the PC, an uninstall wizard may appear. If so, click the “Uninstall†button at the bottom of the window. This will cause the Code Factory program to be uninstalled from your computer.  Finally, on your computer, launch the Code Factory software, again. The installation process will begin.
Good Luck,
Mark
