Hello Everyone,

Fellow Epix owners, did you know that you have the option of customizing the 4-way navigation button to emit clicks as you slide your finger across it?

Not only does this customization feature make an already outstanding wireless device more user friendly for everyone, it adds a fresh new layer of device accessibility for the blind and low vision.

NOTE:
If you have not already done so, disable the Finger Mouse in favor of the 4-way navigation feature.  To do this, from the Settings menu, select System; then choose Finger Mouse and place a Checkmark in the box labeled 4-way Navigation button.

To enable click sound feedback when using the 4-way navigation button, as well as any hardware button:

1.
From the Start Menu, select Settings.

2.
Select Sounds and Notifications.  A three-tab Dialog Box will appear.

3.
Under the Sounds Tab, place a checkmark in the box labeled Hardware Buttons.

4.
Select Soft or Loud.

5.
Save your Settings.

That’s all there is to it.  Now, when you tap any hardware button or slide your finger across the 4-way navigation button, you will hear a click to confirm your action.

Enjoy,

Mark
