Health | Comments Off on I Second That Emotional Eater | December 6th, 2008
Hello Everyone,Â
Click Here to take an online quiz, from Everyday Health, to determine if you are an emotional eater.
Although I find this hard to believe, apparently, based on my personal results, I have been an emotional eater since the day I was … excuse me; I just dropped a piece of bacon on the floor. (Got it! Hmmm. I should probably throw this piece away; but then again, what’s the harm in a little dirt, eh?. I mean, I can certainly use the roughage, right?) (Smile)
Oh well. So much food, so little time.

PodCasts | Comments Off on EP: This Will Kill You | December 2nd, 2008
Hello Everyone,
I hope you like this approximately 40 minute episode of the 1970’s CBS Radio Mystery Theater program.
This episode, entitled “This Will Kill You†is, without a doubt, one of my favorite in the series.
I decided to publish it here as a Candle Shore Podcast because this story reminds us that, “As You Sew, So Shall You Reap.â€Â
Listen to this episode either on your computer, MP3 player or, as I do, on your mobile phone and always remember.
Enjoy,
Mark
