Hello Everyone,

Click Here to take an online quiz, from Everyday Health, to determine if you are an emotional eater.

Although I find this hard to believe, apparently, based on my personal results, I have been an emotional eater since the day I was … excuse me; I just dropped a piece of bacon on the floor.  (Got it!  Hmmm.  I should probably throw this piece away; but then again, what’s the harm in a little dirt, eh?.  I mean, I can certainly use the roughage, right?)  (Smile)

Listen to this episode either on your computer, MP3 player or, as I do, on your mobile phone and always remember.

Enjoy,

Mark
