Hello all,

As part of our continuing effort to offer excellent technical support, we are happy to announce the launch of the Code Factory Help Desk. Code Factory
Help Desk is a web ticket submission system which will provide you with a single point of entry for technical issues, questions and requests.

The helpdesk will manage your requests via an incident tracking system software, that will allow you to track your requests, online, with a unique ticket number.

To submit a ticket, visit http://www.codefactory.cat/helpdesk/, click on Submit a ticket and fill out the form including as much information about your issue as possible, as this will aid in a quick resolution.

To track your requests, go to http://www.codefactory.cat/helpdesk/, click on View existing ticket and enter your ticket tracking ID.

If you have any questions about this new customer service, please send an email to support@codefactory.es.

Please note. Though technical support requests can still be sent to info@codefactory.es or support@codefactory.es, Code Factory cannot ensure that  responses to requests submitted through either support@codefactory.es or info@codefactory.es will be received.

Since tickets using the new HelpDesk system will be accessible both over the web and by Email, the failure of Email is not able to disrupt communications between you and Code Factory.

Please remember that your distributor is your primary contact to get technical support on Code Factory’s products. The Code Factory Help Desk is a complementary customer service provided by our support team in addition to:

1.
The technical support given directly by our distribution network

2.
The updated user guides available in our website at: http://www.codefactory.es/en/manuals.asp?id=89

3.
The audio material available at:
http://www.codefactory.es/en/audio.asp?id=103

4.
The Code Factory knowledgebase available at:
http://www.codefactory.cat/knowledge2

5.
The Code Factory mailing lists that you can subscribe to at:
http://www.codefactory.es/en/list.asp?id=88
