The first link is to the entire manual while the second link points directly to the accessibility section of the manual. 

Yes, this HTML version includes the latest VoiceOver, a built-in Apple software solution for the blind and low vision, hand gesture commands.

There is also a tagged PDF formatted version for Mac OS users who wish to read the manual in Preview but the link to the PDF version is not included in this post.
